College transcript reveals Obama admitted he is not a US Citizen
AP- WASHINGTON D.C. – In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College. Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking.
The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as president. When reached for comment in London, where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue. Meanwhile, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs scoffed at the report stating that this was obviously another attempt by a right-wing conservative group to discredit the president and undermine the administration’s efforts to move the country in a new direction.
Britain’s Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front-page article titled, “Obama Eligibility Questioned”, leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K.
In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey. This lawsuit claims Obama’s dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter.

Chairman Obama Imposing His Secular Will
I received the below as an email — and even the Liberal Snopes.com doesn't refute it.
I wanted to give ya'll some disturbing information on our wonderful president.
I work with the Catch-A-Dream Foundation (www.catchadream.org) which provides hunting and fishing trips to children with life-threatening illnesses. It is a great program needless to say. This past weekend we had our annual banquet/fundraiser event in Starkville. As part of the program, we had scheduled Sgt. 1st Class Greg Stube, a highly decorated U.S. Army Green Beret and inspirational speaker who was severely injured while deployed overseas and didn't have much of a chance for survival. Greg is stationed at Ft. Bragg and received permission from his commanding officer to come speak at our function. Everything was on go until Obama made a policy that NO U.S. SERVICEMAN CAN SPEAK AT ANY FAITH-BASED PUBLIC EVENTS ANYMORE.
Needless to say, Greg had to cancel his speaking event with us. Didn't know if anyone else was aware of this new policy. Wonder what kind of news we all will receive next?

Feisty Lady Lawyer Tells Chief Justice: Investigate Obama

Was Barack Obama ever eligible to be president of the United States ? Have he and his wife committed massive tax fraud?
Has he perjured himself? Has a forger been at work on his personal documents? These are just a few questions feisty lady lawyer, Orly Taitz, recently demanded Supreme Court Justice John Roberts to address.
When Chief Justice John Roberts opened the floor to questions following a recent speech at the University of Idaho, he and 5,000 people finally heard the truth about an attorney’s frustrated attempts to have the court force purported President Obama to prove his naturalborn American citizen status.
When the audience was told after the lecture that they could ask questions, Russian-born Dr. Orly Taitz, the southern California lawyer handling the suit filed by former presidential candidate Alan Keyes et al., was the first to run for the microphone.
“I left home at three o’clock in the morning and flew and drove thousands of miles to talk to you and ask you a question,” she said to the chief justice. “Are you aware that there is criminal activity going on in the Supreme Court of the United States ? I have submitted my Lightfoot vs. Bowen case to you. You agreed to hear it in the conference of all nine justices on January 23rd.”
“Your clerk, Danny Bickle, on his own accord, refused to forward to you an important supplemental brief that he has hidden from you and refused to post on the docket. Additionally, my case was completely erased from the docket one day after the inauguration, only two days before it was supposed to be heard in the conference. Outraged citizens had to call and demand for it to be posted. I saw Justice (Antonin) Scalia, and he had absolutely no knowledge of my case that was supposedly heard in conference on January 23rd. “It is inexplicable, particularly knowing that roughly half a million American citizens have written to him and to you, Justice Roberts, demanding that you hear this issue of eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, to be the president of the United States.”
At this point she showed Roberts a stack of papers, her pleadings and printouts containing the names of some 350,000 people who had signed the petition, and the chief justice, lassoed with no comfortable avenue of escape, surrendered.
“I will read your documents, “ he said. “Give them to my Secret Service Agent and I will review them.” Taitz had a full suitcase of documents which she then handed to a Secret Service Agent who showed his ID, introduced himself as Gilbert Shaw and promised her that Justice Roberts would get20them.
The tenacious Orly Taitz had done her homework well. In addition to 3,300 pages of the signees of the petition, were a motion to reconsider Lightfoot vs. Bowen, with all the supplemental briefs, and a copy of Quo Warranto Easterling et al. vs. Obama et al., the challenge by military officers of Obama’s qualifications to be their commander-in-chief.
In addition, she included a 164-page dossier and all the other documents sent to Eric Holder, attorney general, describing suspected criminal activity associated with Obama and his supporters. It described a whole campaign of cyb er crimes, intimidation, harassment, defamation and assassination of character, and the mysterious impersonation of her and U.S. Army officer Scott Easterling by persons unknown. It showed screen shots of information being erased from the docket of the Supreme Court and contained information of court cases being created and fabricated in order to commit voter fraud and sway public opinion.
The package also contained the astounding list of 100 addresses for Barack Obama with numerous different Social Security numbers, issued all over the country and attached to those addresses.
It showed the address Obama used in Somerville , Mass. , attached to the Social Security of a man who, if still living, is 118 years old. It showed evidence of Obama committing perjury, lying under oath. It had his school registration from Indonesia under the name Barry Soetoro, citizen of Indonesia , religion: Muslim. Right after this page there was a page of Obama’s registration to become an attorney and office of the court in Illinois , where he stated under oath that his name is Barack Hussein Obama and he had no other prior names. It contained a report from federal agent Steven Coffman, stating that there are numerous signs of forgery in his Selective Service certificate.
Furthermore, the dossier contained a letter from renowned expert Sandra Line, stating that there are signs of forgery in Obama’s short version “Certification of Live Birth,” and the original birth certificate needs to be reviewed20in order to ascertain his status.
It contained 130 current job positions for Barry Obama, Barack H. Obama and Michelle Obama, but none of them was reported on the Obama’s tax returns.
All of these documents suggest possible massive tax fraud, corruption of a public official, bribery and massive campaign contributions fraud, whereby large campaign contributions, well over allowed limits, were reported as fictitious positions with different companies, not surprisingly involving most mainstream media outlets.
As one of the announcers introduced Roberts, he stated that Roberts has his priorities straight. He described an event when Roberts missed most of a reception because he wanted to be there for his young son, at the sports tournament where his son was participating. He described Roberts as a caring and loving father.
“I missed time with my children, too,” says Taitz, “becau se I am criss-crossing this country talking to justices of the Supreme Court, representatives, senators, FBI agents, attorney generals, U.S. attorneys; asking all of them, “What is wrong with you? Did some evil magician put a spell on the men in this country and you stopped being men? Why are you afraid to speak up, to stand up for your Constitution?” At least now everybody at that meeting knows the truth and knows that the leftist media thugs, such as the Seattle Washington Observer, shamelessly twists the truth to fit their pro-Obama, blind idiot agenda.
“I hope Justice Roberts teaches his son by example and not by empty words,” she said.

The above poem is my modern adaptation of a poem written by a German at the end of WWII – when he’d realized that his years of apathy of an egotistical madman was causing those around him losing their rights – and finally caused him to also lose his rights. His original poem went:
First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out–
because I was not a communist;
Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out–
because I was not a socialist;
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out–
because I was not a trade unionist;
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out–
because I was not a Jew;
Then they came for me–
and there was no one left to speak out for me.
The Federal Constitution was written to give limited Powers to the Federal Government over the states. Basically if it isn't in the Constitution or an amendment, then the individual state is the authority. Yet the Federal government is redistributing wealth by their out of control spending, and taxing to try to pay for it. Part of why States are so willing to give up their rights – is that they need to be included in a higher level (state to state – instead of person to person) of wealth redistribution.
Barney Frank today said that we need to bail out California, Michigan, Massachusetts, and New Jersey from the trouble they have gotten into. These states got into trouble because of their outrageous spending – knowing the whole time that they couldn’t afford it. For instance, Frank’s Massachusetts gives Welfare recipients a car, and the state will pay for the repairs, insurance and licensing/inspections of those cars. If you get a job – you get to keep the car! It is a penalty to have a job in the Liberal world. It is the out of control Liberal wealth redistribution through spending on the lazy and underachievers, and taxing the working that got these states in trouble. For the rest of us to be taxed to bail those states out from stupid moves is Taxation without Representation.
You will recall that Barney Frank’s mantra use to be that we need to put a gun to the head of banks to give mortgages to those people who were being declined. Banks did so because Franklin Raines (The Clinton appointee to Fannie Mae, who made millions as a bonus for Fannie Mae growing because of these bad loans) said that the Government would guarantee the loans – but when push came to shove the government didn’t. This spending for homes the people couldn’t afford, and the selling of sub-prime loans (to investors thinking that the Federal government would guarantee) – caused a World Wide Economic bust. So along comes Obama – seeing an opportunity to nationalize banks, and become the majority stockholder through TARP. This use of our taxes to bail out the people who bought these homes, the banks/businesses that own these bad loans, or even the retirement funds that have stock in these losers is Taxation Without Representation. You cannot reward bad behavior and expect people to stop acting this way.
So after observing the spending of money that the States didn’t have, and after observing home buyers receiving mortgages that they can’t pay – what does the government want to do? They want to not only bail those out for their bad practices – but they want to take this bad spending that ruined the States and home buyers to a new level with Stimulus spending Trillions that we don’t have.
Over 200 years ago, it was said: that a Democracy “can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.”
Along the way we lose our rights. States that get the money – lose their rights as they need to do what Obama, Pelosi and Reid dictate they do for the money. Things like extend unemployment, and use Union Labor for the shovel ready jobs. Companies lose their rights. As soon as GM, Chrysler, AIG, and the banks accepted the money – the government became stockowners, put Directors into the boardrooms, and fire executives and replace them with their cronies. Obama has asked lawmakers to come up with a law limiting executive salaries. Communism, like Unions, determine the amount of money a position pays — and party loyalists get the best jobs.
Look at just a couple of the new laws that will go to a vote this and next month, all which will take away more of our rights. HR Bill 45 is a gun restriction law – by forcing registration of all guns, and provisions that include your consent for them to search your home anytime they wish — with your registration. Cap and Trade will tax us for our electric produced using oil or coal – or for the number of miles you drive. Universal Healthcare will take away your right to have a diagnostic test or medical procedure based on availability (doctors will be getting out of practice and hospitals no longer offering procedures that government reimbursements don’t adequately cover) – not need. Ultimately, it may be your usefulness to the party that determines how much is spent to save your life. The survival rate of cancer in England and Canada is far lower than ours (13% lower in Canada) – because of the many months on a waiting list for important tests. People die just waiting for diagnostic tests. Card Check will force Unions on all businesses – and the business’ only option will be to close. Moving to another state will not be an option.
In addition to the increase of tobacco and alcohol taxes a few months ago, the non-renewal of the Bush tax cuts, the cancelling of the campaign promise of lowering taxes on anyone making less than $250,000, reinstatement of Death Taxes, increases in Capital Gains tax, and the Cap and Trade tax about to voted on – new taxes on American businesses (the highest percentage of taxes on business anywhere in the Western Hemisphere) already taxed overseas for their overseas’ sales will be applied – driving even more business to move their home offices from the US. If you receive health insurance from your employer – you will be taxed on that as if income. The Nutrition Storm Troopers want to tax soda pop, sugar cereal, and fast food – as they’re unhealthy and those taxes should be used to pay for part of Socialized Healthcare. There is a National sales tax being proposed, not to replace the income tax – but in addition to it — to pay for healthcare.
Today, Obama lectured us about spending too much — and tells us that we cannot sustain these kinds of deficits. I about fell off my chair when I saw the video. It is he that gave $150Billion to the International Monetary Fund, hundreds of Billions to banks and brokerage firms, and better than a Trillion dollars for a Stimulus package of "Shovel Ready" projects for Unions? Isn't it he that spent close to a half million for Air Force One to fly over New York for a photo op? Who is pushing Socialized Health Care? Folks, this is the set up for the justification for the even more outrageous taxes we are about to get nailed with. Can you think any other reason we'd get this lecture after all of that money was spent? During WWII — the top tax rate was 100%. Yes, all income above a certain amount was 100% taxed. Get ready for this shoe to drop.
Toward the end of WWII, the German people realized that they had lost people who Hitler considered enemies – and realized it was now too late for them to keep their rights too. Ultimately, people losing their rights included the people who put Hitler in office. They never thought it could happen to them.
So when will you realize you and your state is losing your rights? Now or later?

I took My Oath As a 17-Year Old Kid in 1972
When you take this oath — it is for life, not just during the contractual term of your service to your country. This oath was not to the government of the United States — but the People of the United States. Should there ever become a time when a current government of the United States requires us to support their tyranny against the People of the United States — it is our DUTY to act under the oath we took.
We are in troubled times, where the government we have now is barely recognizable to the government set up by the founding fathers. Obama, Pelosi, and Reid (as do most Liberals) hate the military and would have them instead build homes in Ethiopia or handout leaflets — than do their job of protecting the US. In Buzz Patterson’s book "Dereliction of Duty", he tells of how the Clintons hated the military — and the military hated what the Clintons stood for. Today it is much worse. It is said that while most all of them loved George W. Bush, if a GI or Vet was in an elevator with Pelosi, Reid, Obama, and Bin Laden — and only had two bullets in his side arm — he’d shoot Pelosi twice and choke Obama, Bin Laden and Reid to death. Maybe it is because of this joke that Homeland Security has us Veterans labeled as "Right Wing Extremists capable of terror for hire."
Those students of history know that after Hitler came to power, he soon became a tyrant hell bent on becoming ruler of the world. He had to first wrestle democracy away from the Germans before moving on to Poland, Norway, France, England, Africa, Russia, ….. The German SA (regular army) would not do his bidding of Martial Law and to help move him from Chancellor to Dictator — so he created the SS. All SA officers were hunted down, and most killed by a firing squad in just one evening. And the people did nothing — just as they did when they saw the Jews rounded up, their property stolen and redistributed, and them shipped off — much like the vision Obama’s close friend William Ayers has.
Let me repeat. No one questioned the sanity of Hitler when they put him in office — or at lest the few who did were blown of as crackpots — maybe like me. No one did anything when their rights were taken away — because they liked the "Hope and Change" Hitler promised. No one cared when the Jews were arrested, had their property redistributed — because it was more swag for them. No one cared when the SA was murdered — because they were considered militia who wouldn’t support tyranny. When they began to care was when it was too late. By then Fathers, sons, brothers, husbands were killed in support of one man’s ego — many simply abandoned to freeze to death on the Eastern Front. Cities were bombed, women and children ran through the rubble — as the Communists came into the city to rape them.
The Oath Keepers is an organization that is here to remind active and former military, police, and firemen that they took a LIFETIME oath to defend the people of America — and not any maniac claiming to have power over them. They’re reminded that it is their duty to not act against the people if the government wills it. I’m sure most of you are blowing me of as some kind of crackpot — just as those who initially spoke up against Hitler and Stalin were — before they were eliminated. Just the same, humor me by admitting that it did happen in Italy with Mussolini, Germany with Stalin, in Germany with Hitler, Cuba with Castro, Venezuela with Chavez, Nicaragua with Ortez, Iran with the Ayatollah, Iraq with Saddam, China with Mao, Korea, Cambodia, Viet Nam… — and that it isn’t impossible that it could happen here. In each of those cases the people were mesmerized by an egomaniac promising Hope and Change, the military was used as a tool for the Dictator to gain Absolute Power, and those who spoke against him were imprisoned or eliminated. How much do you really know about Obama? I mean besides the communist and Muslim background, the friends he has who hate America, and his past kept under lock and key — what do you know about him?
If you know a Soldier, Sailor, Cop, Firemen, or Vet — ask them if they know of Oath Keepers — and where they stand if Obama was to order them to act against the people. |

Dear President Obama,
You are the thirteenth President under whom I have lived and unlike any of theothers, you truly scare me.
You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing aboutyou.
You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no visible signs ofsupport.
You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth growing up in America and culturally you are not an American.
You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll.
You scare me because you have never had military experience, thus don’t understand it at its core.
You scare me because you lack humility and ‘class’, always blaming others.
You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you refuse to publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail.
You scare me because you are a cheerleader for the ‘blame America’ crowd and deliver this message abroad.
You scare me because you want to change America to a European style country where the government sector dominates instead of the private sector.
You scare me because you want to replace our health care system with a government controlled one.
You scare me because you prefer ‘wind mills’ to responsibly capitalizing on our own vast oil, coal and shale reserves.
You scare me because you want to kill the American capitalist goose that lays the golden egg which provides the highest standard of living in the world.
You scare me because you have begun to use ‘extortion’ tactics against certain banks and corporations.
You scare me because your own political party shrinks from challenging you on your wild and irresponsible spending proposals.
You scare me because you will not openly listen to or even consider opposing points of view from intelligent people.
You scare me because you falsely believe that you are both omnipotent and omniscient.
You scare me because the media gives you a free pass on everything you do.
You scare me because you demonize and want to silence the Limbaughs, Hannitys, O’Reillys, and Becks who offer opposing, conservative points of view.
You scare me because you prefer controlling over governing.
Finally, you scare me because if you serve a second term I will probably not feel safe in writing a similar letter in eight years.

And so it came to pass . . . during the ‘Age of Insanity’ in the land that the people called America — having lost their morals, their initiative, and even their will to defend their liberties — with the help of the Main Stream Media chose as their Supreme Leader a person of mystery; only known as ‘The One‘. He emerged from the great mystery with words that had no meaning; yet he hypnotized the people by simply speaking them.
"I have come to save you. My lack of experience, mysterious background, my questionable ethics, my monstrous ego, and my association with evil doers are of no consequence. For I shall save you with Hope and Change. With the Mainstream Media, go and proclaim throughout the land, that he who preceded me is evil, that he has defiled the nation, and that all he has built must be destroyed."
And the people rejoiced. For even though they knew not what ‘The One’ would do, he had promised that it was ‘good’; and they believed without question.
And "The One" said "We live in the greatest country in the world. We must change everything about it!" And the people said, "Hallelujah! Change is good!"
And he said, "We are going to tax the rich Fat-Cats,"— And the people said "Screw them! Let’s redistribute their wealth."
And he said, "Redistribution of wealth is good for everybody" And Joe the plumber asked, "Are you kidding me? You’re going to steal my money and give it to the deadbeats??" And "The One" ridiculed and taunted him, and Joe’s personal records were hacked and publicized.
One lone reporter asked, "Isn’t that Marxist policy?" And she was banished from the kingdom! For all who may question ‘The One’s’ methods or motives had his government agencies like the IRS, TSA, FBI, Secret Service, Homeland Security, Tobacco & Firearms, and his Attorney General used as his tools to brand those people as "Right Wing Extremists", and to ruin them.
And the Mainstream Media kept secret these acts of violence against the people from his loyal and unquestioning subjects.
Then a citizen asked, "With no foreign relations experience and having zero military experience or knowledge, how will you deal with radical terrorists?" And The One said, "Simple. I shall sit with them, talk with them, show them how nice we really are; and they will forget that they ever wanted to kill us all!" And the people said, "Hallelujah!! We are safe at last, and we can beat our weapons into free cars for the people!"
Then The One said, "I shall give 95% of you lower taxes." And one, lone voice said, "But 40% of us don’t pay ANY taxes." So The One said, "Then I shall give you some of the taxes the fat-cats pay!" And the people said, "Hallelujah!! Show us the money!"
Then The One said, "I shall tax your Capital Gains when you sell your homes!" And the people yawned and the slumping housing market collapsed.
And He said, "I shall mandate employer-funded health care for EVERY worker and raise the minimum wage. And I shall give every person unlimited health care and medicine and transportation to the clinics." And the people said, "Gim’me some of that!"
Then he said, "I shall penalize employers who ship jobs overseas." And the people said, "Where’s my rebate check?"
Then The One said, "I shall bankrupt the coal industry and electricity rates will skyrocket!" And the people said, "Coal is dirty, coal is evil, no more coal! But we don’t care for that part about higher electric rates." So The One said, "Not to worry. If your rebate isn’t enough to cover your expenses, we shall bail you out. Just sign up with ACORN and your troubles are over!"
Then he said, "Illegal immigrants feel scorned and slighted. Let’s grant them amnesty, Social Security, free education, free lunches, free medical care, bilingual signs and guaranteed housing…" And the people said, "Hallelujah!!" And they made him King!
And so it came to pass that employers, facing spiraling costs and ever-higher taxes, raised their prices and laid off workers. Others simply gave up and went out of business, and the economy sank like unto a rock dropped from a cliff. The banking industry was destroyed. Manufacturing slowed to a crawl. And more of the people were without a means of support.
Then ‘The One’ said, "I am The One – The Messiah – and I’m here to save you! We shall just print more money so everyone will have enough!" But our foreign trading partners said unto Him, "Wait a minute. Your "dollar is not worth a pile of camel dung!
You will have to pay more…" And the people said, "Wait a minute. That is unfair!!"
And the world said, "Neither are these other idiotic programs your land have embraced. Lo, you have become a Socialist State and a second-rate power. Now you shall play by our rules!" And the people cried out, "Alas, alas!! What have we done?"
But yea verily, it was too late. The people set upon The One and spat upon him and stoned him, and his name was dung. And the once mighty nation was no more; and the once proud people were without sustenance or shelter or hope. And the Change ‘The One’ had given them was as like unto a poison that had destroyed them, and like a whirlwind that consumed all that they had built.
And the people beat their chests in despair and cried out in anguish, "Give us back our nation and our pride and our hope!" But it was too late, and their homeland was no more.
